Information on this website, including articles, the symptom quiz and FAQs, is for general education. It is not medical advice and does not create a patient-provider relationship. A patient relationship begins only after you book and complete a visit.

Clinical services are provided by Stacy Silverman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, who is licensed in Illinois only. You must be physically located in Illinois at the time of every visit.

Care is delivered virtually. Telehealth has limits, and some conditions require in-person evaluation, labs or referral. Your provider may recommend in-person care when it is clinically appropriate.

The Hormone Clarity Session is an introductory educational and assessment service. No visit guarantees a diagnosis, a prescription, or eligibility for hormone therapy. Treatment decisions are based on clinical judgment and your individual health history.

Unpaused Medicine does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Unpaused Medicine is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. Booking, cancellation and payment terms are presented at the time of scheduling.
